We love our products and we hope you will too. We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they’re perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we will be very happy to assist you.
All items must be returned in perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit). Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable.
If your return was purchased as part of a gift set, the complete set must be returned. We cannot return or exchange only part of a set.
Lost or stolen packages
We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allows 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us within 2 working days with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis, please contact us if you have any issues!
